  1. Cuenta de un solo usuario. La compra otorga una licencia de acceso personal e intransferible. Queda prohibido compartir las credenciales o la cuenta, revender o ceder el acceso a terceros.
  2. Propiedad intelectual. El software, los motores de cálculo y sus contenidos son propiedad de SEMHYS LLC y permanecen en el servidor (no se descargan). © 2026 SEMHYS LLC. Todos los derechos reservados.
  3. Sello por usuario y trazabilidad. Cada informe PDF o Excel exportado lleva tu nombre y correo. El uso indebido o la redistribución de esos exportes son rastreables y legalmente accionables (retiro DMCA, cese y desista, revocación del acceso).
  4. Sin garantías / uso profesional. Herramienta de estimación preliminar entregada TAL CUAL, sin garantías. El diseño o selección final debe validarse con la normativa aplicable y la curva certificada del fabricante, y ser sellado por un ingeniero licenciado (PE en EE. UU. / matrícula profesional en LATAM). SEMHYS LLC no se responsabiliza por decisiones tomadas sin esa validación.
  5. Acceso de por vida. El acceso se otorga por pago único, sujeto a la operación razonable y continuidad del servicio. Producto digital: no admite devolución una vez activada la cuenta, salvo falla comprobada del servicio.
  6. Aceptación. Al crear o usar tu cuenta aceptas estos términos.

  1. Single-user account. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable access license. Sharing credentials or the account, reselling or transferring access to third parties is prohibited.
  2. Intellectual property. The software, calculation engines and contents are the property of SEMHYS LLC and remain on the server (never downloaded). © 2026 SEMHYS LLC. All rights reserved.
  3. Per-user stamp and traceability. Every exported PDF or Excel report carries your name and email. Misuse or redistribution of those exports is traceable and legally actionable (DMCA takedown, cease and desist, access revocation).
  4. No warranty / professional use. A preliminary estimation tool provided AS-IS, without warranty. Final design or selection must be validated against applicable codes and the manufacturer's certified curve, and sealed by a licensed engineer (PE in the USA / professional license in LATAM). SEMHYS LLC is not liable for decisions made without such validation.
  5. Lifetime access. Access is granted for a one-time payment, subject to reasonable operation and continuity of the service. Digital product: non-refundable once the account is activated, except for a proven service failure.
  6. Acceptance. By creating or using your account you accept these terms.
